Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be in unused condition with original packaging
• Items must include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging
• A valid order number is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Items not in original condition or missing parts

Return Process

1. Contact us at dannis@fzzmax.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the package to the address provided

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

• For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs
• For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
