Effective date: October 27, 2026
FZZMAX Marketing Data is maintained by Dongguan Yingdan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. This policy describes the Google data handled by the local reporting application. It does not replace the online store’s separate policies for customers, orders and payments.
Data accessed and purpose
The application is currently used only by the website owner. With the owner’s authorization, it accesses Google Search Console and Google Analytics reporting APIs using webmasters.readonly and analytics.readonly permissions.
Data may include authorized resource identifiers, reporting dates, search clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, queries, pages, traffic sources, countries, devices, user and session counts, page views, and available event statistics. It is used to display website performance, compare reporting periods and identify operational issues. The application does not request access to Gmail, contacts or payment information and does not use these reports to build individual visitor profiles.
Local storage and security
Reporting data, synchronization checkpoints and task status are stored in local JSON files. Historical snapshots and backup copies may also be retained. These reporting files are not encrypted by the application’s DPAPI token-storage mechanism.
OAuth tokens are encrypted using Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI) for the Windows account running the application. The original OAuth client configuration is stored separately with restricted file access; it is not itself described as DPAPI-encrypted. Credential files and token storage are excluded from Git by ignore rules. The application’s existing business-data backup operations copy specified data files rather than the credential directories. These controls do not guarantee exclusion from independently created full-disk backups or external archives.
The Google synchronization logs record operational information such as timestamps, sources, date ranges, status, safe error codes and report counts. These logging paths do not write OAuth client secrets, access tokens or refresh tokens. The application communicates with Google over HTTPS for authorization, token refresh and reporting requests.
Use, sharing and Limited Use
Google API data is used for the application’s website reporting and analysis features. It is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
Any access by a support collaborator must be authorized by the owner and limited to information necessary for the approved task. Only necessary, appropriately redacted information should be shared for support; credentials and tokens must not be shared. Transfers of Google API data must comply with applicable Google policies and are not permitted merely because support has been requested.
FZZMAX Marketing Data’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the applicable Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion
There is currently no uniform automatic deletion period. Locally saved reports, historical snapshots and backups may remain until deliberately removed. The owner may request deletion of specified local data and associated backups by contacting sales@fzzmax.com. Deletion requires identification of the affected files and confirmation of the requested scope; the application does not currently provide a one-click deletion function.
Stopping synchronization or revoking Google access does not automatically delete previously stored data or backups.
Revoking access and authorization failures
The owner can revoke the application’s access through the Google Account third-party connections controls. Revocation may affect existing use of the same OAuth client. When authorization expires, is revoked, or no longer permits access, the application stops the affected reads and displays the relevant status while retaining previously saved data. Historical data must not be represented as a new successful synchronization.
Changes and contact
Changes to the application’s data practices will be reflected in this policy. Any new access or use requiring consent must be explained and authorized before it begins.
